Nannies give medicines only as the parents instruct and do not replace medical care. An incident such as a fever or a fall is reported to the parents and the Care Manager immediately.

Availability and pricing are confirmed after the care need, locality, PIN, schedule and preferred start have been assessed.

Each nanny is police-verified, reference-checked and health-checked before her first day.

What ages and hours does nanny care cover?

Nanny care is for infants and toddlers from 3 months to 3 years, as a 9-hour day, live-in or part-day.

What if the match is not right?

Contact your named coordinator. If we cannot place a replacement, the uncovered days are deducted from your current invoice. We do not promise a replacement time.
