PRIVACY POLICY · UPDATED 19 OCTOBER 2026
Your information,
handled with care.
This notice explains how Loop Home Care processes personal data when you make a care enquiry. We treat enquiry data as sensitive personal information and ask you not to submit medical records or detailed health information through the form.
1. Who is responsible
Loop Home Care is operated by Loopcare Healthtech Private Limited, which is the data fiduciary for information collected through this website. Our registered office is at 3rd Floor, Gajanana Towers, No. 219, 9th Cross near PNB, 2nd Phase, J. P. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078.
2. Data we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, mobile number, type of care required, locality, PIN code, preferred start, consent record and, if you choose, your optional consent to hear about other services. We also process limited technical data needed for security, rate limiting and reliable delivery, such as a one-way request identifier and timestamps. We also save advertising source tags from the link you clicked (for example the campaign name) and the website you came from with your enquiry, so we can understand which advertising works. No cookies are used for this, and it is kept for as long as the enquiry (12 months).
3. Why we use it
We collect and use information to respond to your enquiry, to provide and improve our care services, and to market our business: for example, to understand which advertising and which pages bring families to us, and to improve our website and our advertising. In practice, we use the information to save and respond to your enquiry, understand the requested service, arrange an assessment, prevent spam or duplicate submissions, send an internal notification and maintain a record of consent. If you tick the optional box, we may also contact you by phone or WhatsApp about other Loop Home Care services; you can opt out at any time and it does not affect your enquiry. We do not use the contents of your enquiry form (your name, number or care needs) for advertising or analytics; only the source tags described in section 2 are used to understand our advertising. We do not use your enquiry for any other purpose.
4. Who processes it
Authorised Loop Home Care personnel process enquiries. Our contracted service providers process data only to host the website and database, deliver enquiry notifications or run our care-coordination system: Vercel, Supabase, Resend and Google (Firebase, with data stored in India). Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect a person from a serious and immediate risk.
5. Retention
Enquiry records and associated processing logs are retained for 12 months from submission, then erased unless the enquiry becomes an active service record, you have given optional consent to hear about other services (kept until you opt out), or a longer period is required by law. Active service records follow the retention requirements communicated for that service. Rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes and are cleared from the system after their operational purpose ends.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, updating or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent for future contact (including the optional consent about other services), nominate another person where applicable, or raise a grievance. We may ask you to verify your identity using the mobile number or enquiry reference connected to the request. We aim to respond to grievances within 30 days.
7. Security and transfers
We use access controls, encrypted connections, server-side validation and restricted processors. Providers may process data using infrastructure outside India subject to their contractual safeguards and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.
8. Children’s data (nanny and newborn care)
For nanny care and newborn care, a parent or guardian gives us details about their child: age or date of birth, feeding, routine, allergies and emergency contacts. In the Loop app the nanny records the child’s day (feeds, naps, nappy changes, meals, play and any incident) and, only if the parents have agreed, photos. These are seen only by the parents, the assigned nanny and Loop’s care team. We do not use children’s data or photos for advertising, tracking or marketing, and we never share photos outside the app. A parent or guardian can ask us to stop photos, or to correct or erase their child’s data, at any time.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies, advertising pixels or social-media plug-ins on this website, and the pages themselves set no cookies. The only cookie is a short-lived one set after you send an enquiry: loop_enquiry_receipt. It lets the thank-you page confirm that your enquiry was saved, it is readable only by our server (not by scripts on the page), and it expires after 30 minutes. It is strictly necessary for that confirmation, so it does not depend on your choice below.
Separately, each time you open the site it saves one item in your browser’s session storage (which is cleared when you close the tab), named loop-attribution. It holds the campaign tags in the link you used (if any), the name of the website you came from and the first page you landed on. It is not sent anywhere until you send an enquiry, when it is saved with that enquiry as described in section 3 (once that feature is switched on). It does not depend on your choice below.
With your permission we also count visits anonymously, using Vercel Web Analytics, so we can see which pages are used and improve the site. This is switched off until you choose “Accept” on the privacy card; if you choose “Only essential”, or make no choice, it does not load.
To remember your choice we store one small item in your browser’s local storage, named loop-consent. It holds your choice (analytics on or off), the date you made it and a version number. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is asked about again after 12 months. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. Choosing “Only essential” there clears the analytics permission and stops visit counting from the next page you load. You can also clear your browser’s site data to remove the stored choice.
